DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Compiling and presenting documents in a complete and professional manner
Recording information in a systematic manner for easy access, including the company filing system
Ensuring that all record keeping is accurate and up to date
Providing regular reporting to the Site Manager as requested
Distributing documents as requested by the Site Manager
Resolving any and all administrative queries submitted by the Site Manager
Ensuring full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Policies
Performing ad hoc functions as instructed by the Site Manager
Ensuring correct rates are applied when capturing estimates on Tracker, AEMS and IMARS
Capturing daily invoicing on Tracker (Minor/ Medium/Major estimates)
Capturing for all clients
Providing feedback regarding units that do not have the correct information (i.e., rejections, incorrect STS codes)
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Matric with computer literacy (Microsoft office package)
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in administrative function
Required Skills:
Deadline driven
Ability to work under pressure and have a quick turnaround time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and organizational skills
