DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
General Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance and adherence to principle needs and expectations
Resolving all administration queries relating to facility
Ensure accurate and timeous monthly invoicing and reporting
Capture and update warehouse transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and customer requirements
Ensuring all record keeping accurate and up to date
Maintain full compliance with standard Operating Procedures and policies
Maintain filing systems for warehouse records, delivery notes, receiving documents and dispatch documents
Maintain accurate inventory records
Reconcile physical stock with system records
Investigate and report stock discrepancies
Monitor stock movements and report variances to Admin Supervisor
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
Verify customer orders before dispatch
Generate inventory and stock movement reports
Provide administrative support to warehouse supervisors/management and customers
Provide warehouse operational support as and when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits
Support Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives
Ensure confidential handling of company and customer information
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Matric with strong computer literacy
Diploma/ Degree in business administration, logistics or related field is advantageous
Experience:
2 to 5 years’ relevant experience in a warehouse environment
Required Skills:
Deadline driven
High level of intelligence and maturity to manage multiple level of stakeholder.
Strong administrative and Operational experience.
Ability to work independently and part of the team.
Positive attitude.
Good people and leadership skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence
Flexibility in working hours and times
Weekend work may be required
