DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Manage customer queries and maintain a high degree of understanding of customer business requirements
Provide professional support and timely resolution of customer requests and service-related concerns
Process and track collections, deliveries, and return requests
Liaise with internal stakeholders and Customers to ensure service excellence
Monitor and communicate shipment statuses, delays, and service disruptions to customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure customer queries are resolved within agreed service levels and escalate unresolved matters where necessary
Attend and contribute to daily operational meetings with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and service incidents
Capture, update, and maintain information on relevant operational systems
Support the achievement of customer service, operational, and productivity targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer-specific requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Prepare and distribute operational and customer service reports as required
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration will be advantageous
Experience:
2-3 years' experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Customer Service environment
Experience working with transport management systems (TMS) or logistics software will be advantageous
Experience in customer service within a fast-paced operational environment
Required skills:
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong administrative and reporting skills
Good understanding of transport and logistics processes
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally
High level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
