DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Operate the front-end loader safely and efficiently in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Load, offload, move, and stack materials as instructed, ensuring safe and accurate placement

• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of the front-end loader and report any defects or mechanical issues to the Site supervisor immediately

• Ensure the loader is handled and operated in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Always maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the machine cabin

• Report any damage to property, equipment, or materials without delay

• Follow site instructions regarding material segregation and designated loading or stockpile areas.

• Accurately complete required operational and inspection checklists

• Always ensure full compliance with SHERQ / HSSE policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification/s:

• A valid operating licence

Experience:

• 2-3 years relevant experience in similar function

Required Skills:

• Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Attention to detail

• Shows initiative and problem solving
