DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• General Responsibilities

• The programme will entail gaining practical work experience and competence in functional areas

• Development in both the technical and behavioural aspects.

• Collaborate with teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with team members to build a broad understanding of the business.

• To demonstrate an understanding of customer service within the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• We invite applications from candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:

• Applicants have recently graduated and completed a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.

• Applicants are required to submit CV, academic record, matric certificate and Driver’s License.

• Excels in collaborative environments and communicates ideas effectively and clearly.

• Tackles challenges with a creative and solutions-focused approach.

• Demonstrates a strong interest in working with diverse teams and multicultural environments.

REMUNERATION

Successful candidates will receive a monthly Stipend. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and provided details on the implementation of the WEGP at Grindrod Logistics.
