DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Capturing container movements (inward/outward) into the Tracker system
Monitoring Track and Trace and flagged emails for action on container movements
Creating and updating bookings as verified client emails
Liaising with Yard and CHE staff regarding booking preparation
Liaising with Admin staff to ensure timely dispatch status updates
Physically verifying containers at gate-out to prevent incorrect releases
Managing inward and outward pre-advises
Ensuring reconciliation between system tracking and physical stock daily
Communicating tracking and stock related matters with clients and staff
Upholding operational area cleanliness
Maintaining records and documentation in comprehensive filling system
Handling client queries
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Matric with computer literacy
Experience:
2-3 years’ relevant experience
Tracking experience in a container environment preferred
Microsoft office package
Required Skills:
Ability to conceptualize system specifications
Good analytical problem-solving skills
Deadline driven
Ability to work under pressure and have a quick turnaround time
Detail orientated
